关于7106集中回答大家几点疑问【依然转自远景】
0，虽然然还有乱码，但比7068已经改进很多，安装界面已经完全没有，只有少部分乱码躲在角落里,根本就不影响使用。
像以前画图,网络中心等处的乱码已经没有,估计只有7068的1/3乱码都不到.
1，7077-7080等 是 rc分支，马上要发布rc了，自然没“仅用于测试”字样
7106 是rtm分支，还在内部测试，当然有这个“仅用于测试”字样
2，说修改日期是08年的，你自己下一个不就知道了？有人拿vista光盘忽悠你你就信了？
3，setup.exe 的语言，Vista 中文版的光盘自己去看下，也是英文。
4，setup.exe 数字签名问题：
Digital Signature
Name是 Windows Main Build Lab Account
E-mail 和 Signing time 都是 Not available
因为这是彻彻底底的内部测试版本，未做严格的数字签名
（意思就是很有可能不对外分发，只限MS内部。）
关于签名老外的意见:
A little more about the certificate. It was issued by an authority called "Microsoft Test PCA." The only reference I could find on Google of any relevance was this, where a user was trying to install the WinFX SDK and could not because of an invalid Microsoft Test PCA certificate. Two Microsoft employees said they were looking into it, and the second was able to somehow get that download updated to nuke the bad cert.
I strongly believe that this certificate is internal to Microsoft, and gets replaced with a valid cert chain when something gets legitimately distributed to some pool of users.
5，旗舰版 这3个中文字，微软内部还在协商，今后正式版是否如此，还未知。
6，请勿催促任何新版或者其他语言版本，非要人家丢官罢职你们才开心？
